What forms of payment do you accept?
What are your credentials?
We accept all forms of payment including BTC and ETH.
Lor's Garage is a registered LLC with the state of Arizona. We are a Lexus/Toyota Master Certified facility. We are also a Master ASE Certified Automotive Repair Facility, see below for ASE certification details.
Are repairs under warranty?
Here at Lor's Garage we offer a 1Year/12,000 mile warranty on all repairs. If a part we are replacing comes with a longer warranty then that is the warranty period for that repair.
What vehicles do you repair?
We can repair just about anything and we hold Master ASE, Master Lexus/Toyota certification.
How long does it take to get an estimate?
This varies depending on the schedule of the shop as well as the complexity of the repair being sought. But every effort is made to get an estimate to you as soon as is possible and if it cannot be done in a timely manner, you will be contacted and updated as to any delays.
What are your certifications?
ASE Master Certified
We are Master ASE Certified and also hold the coveted L1 ASE certification.
ASE L1 Certified
We are ASE L1 Certified.
Lexus Master Certified
We are Lexus/Toyota Master Certified.
Hybrid Certified
We are Hybrid Certified.
What is ASE certification?
ASE stands for "Automotive Service Excellence" and is a company that certifies an auto mechanic's ability and knowledge through written testing. There are 8 categories when it comes to car and truck repair and they are:

A1 – Engine Repair

A2 – Automatic Transmission/Transaxle

A3 – Manual Drive Train & Axles

A4 – Suspension & Steering
-
A5 – Brakes
-
A6 – Electrical/Electronic Systems
-
A7 – Heating & Air Conditioning
-
A8 – Engine Performance
If a technician has all 8 of these, then he/she is considered to be "Master" ASE Certified.

What is ASE L1 certification?
ASE offers a test called the L1-Advanced Engine Performance Specialist. We are L1 certified.
Passing this test demonstrates a technicians' ability to understand the modern engine, the way it's various sensors work and how they all interact and communicate with modern ECM's, also called PCM's (car computers).
